SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST (Req 24 030)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide program management, operations, and acquisition support to a NAVAIR ACAT I/II Program. Coordinate with appropriate SMEs to develop status and program briefings, presentations, and other program and acquisition-related documentation. Monitor program schedule and risk and update databases/tools as needed. Provide acquisition support to include acquisition documentation updates and status reports; contract review and reporting; and, coordinating technical specification and statement of work reviews. Assist IPT leadership with annual budgetary reviews, cost planning/funding execution, and reporting of budgetary shortfalls. Provide operations management support within the IPT consisting of over 200 team members and stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders such as NAVSEA, NIWC PAC and Industry to facilitate design and integration plans to meet program mission. Develop and implement communication plans and design processes for an efficient and agile work environment. Facilitate meetings to include agenda and material development, record meeting minutes, and document action items

Education: Master's degree from an accredited university.

Allowable Substitution: A Bachelor's degree and 2 additional years of experience, or an Associate's degree and 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for a Master's degree.

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience related to the position description. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and Teams software tools with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of NAVAIR policies and procedures.

Other: An active Secret security clearance is required.
