PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Req 24 034)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide program management support to the Installation IPT Lead and provide operations support to the IPT. Responsible for developing status and decisional program presentations with appropriate subject matter experts. Work with program teams to ensure schedule and risk tools are updated for management review. Interface with various Government and industry organizations to develop cost plans and track funding execution. Assist the Installation IPT with annual budgetary reviews and notate changes in the program description and mark changes in ship and facility schedules. Engage with stakeholders such as NAVSEA, NIWC PAC and Industry to facilitate integration and installation plans to meet program mission. Develop and implement communication plans and design processes for an efficient and agile work environment. Facilitate meetings to include agenda and material development, record meeting minutes, and document action items. Due to the rapid pace and complex nature of this program, other duties may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience required. Prior CSPT experience desired. Must be proficient in MS Office and Teams software tools. Looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, self-starter and understanding of NAVAIR policies and procedures.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
