SENIOR FMS ANALYST (Req 24 043)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Support the efforts and actions of Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of a Case Manager, Program Manager, or Team Lead, assist the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy.

Education: MS/MA degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the Responsibilities section. Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions, including sections dealing the FMS policies. Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools and developing acquisition strategies. Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules. Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans. Involvement with FMS case processes and BPC Case Processes. Understanding of developing and editing correspondence following the NAVAIR Correspondence Policy. Experience maintaining a database the tracking CDRLS and action items. Practice with cost and performance trades. Experience with DSAMs and setting up cases within DSAMS. Experience with FMS case processes.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Wage Range Information: This full-time position’s wage range is $142,480 - $175,760 (salary) depending on experience and qualifications. Telework/Remote/Hybrid arrangement may be available for this position.

Full-time employees are also eligible for 2 weeks’ vacation leave accrual per year (this accrual increase as tenure with company increases), 7 days sick leave, 11 paid holidays, with additional leave time available for bereavement, jury duty, and military training days throughout the year.
