NMCI POC (Req 25 021)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: St. Inigoes, MD

Responsibilities: Provide user IT support and maintain Information Assurance compliance. In this role, the NMCI Support POC will act as the primary point of contact for NMCI-related issues and be responsible for administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with NAVAIR NMCI policy and process requirements. Contact the National Help Desk for end-user support and resolution of IT issues. Create and maintain employee information to support IT requirements for new employees, asset ordering, transfers, and terminations as required.

Provide NMCI computer and peripheral troubleshooting support, hardware and software ordering, data call support, customer assistance, and process Move/Add/Change requests (MAC). Provide IT support to staff as assigned. Assist users in preparing SAAR-N documents and submitting them. Assist with user IT requirements during onboarding and off boarding. Assist users in secure and non-secure spaces accessing Share Drive, SharePoint, O365, and user applications.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience providing IT/user support. NAVAIR NMCI POC experience preferred. Experience providing user hardware and software desktop support preferred.

Other: Must be able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply for this position.

Wage Range Information: This full-time position’s wage range is $50,000- $60,000 (salary) depending on experience and qualifications.

Full-time employees are also eligible for 2 weeks’ vacation leave accrual per year (this accrual increase as tenure with company increases), 7 days sick leave, 11 paid holidays, with additional leave time available for bereavement, jury duty, and military training days throughout the year.
