FMS FINANCIAL ANALYST (Req 18 120)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial analysis support to NAVAIR PMA242. Track and reconcile financial accounts. Prepare customized reports as needed for the Business Financial Manager for financial reviews and ease in tracking financial obligations and expenditures. Track, reconcile, and report financial status of prior year and current year money for various appropriations. Prepare funding documents and track status from origination to expenditure and follow-through reconciliation with Field Activities. Develop spend plans, assist with the preparation of budgets and estimates, execute budget requirements, and develop and provide financial inputs to briefs Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and Annual Case Reviews (ACRs). Execute funding documents to include PID's, MIPR's, WX's and Work Completion Extensions. All tasks require proficiency in Navy ERP, Microsoft Office, MISIL and Information Warehouse.

Education: BS degree from an accredited university in Business, Management or a relevant Technical Discipline.

Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least four (4) years' experience performing cost, financial, and accounting management analysis, two (2) of which must be within DoN. Demonstrated experience in DOD cost and financial analysis. Applicant must have experience with Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP).

Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance. Occasional travel to CONUS or OCONUS locations may be required. Experience in Other Customer Funds (OCF), Special Defense Acquisition Fund (SDAF), Building Partner Capacity (BPC) cases & Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) are desired.
