FMS PROGRAM ANALYST (Req 18 146)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide PMA-242 Program Analyst support to the International Business/FMS IPT in the role of office Ops/Admin support for the FMS IPT. Act as the focal point for IPT, must be able to multi-task, and possess the initiative to work independently. Provides program office analysis support. Participates in meetings and supports the FMS IPT.   Track program/project status and schedules, take minutes, prepare presentations, reports, studies and office/case documentation. Occasional travel required.

Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline.

Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience or; an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. FMS experience is required. Demonstrated experience with PMT and PIDs desired. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254. PMP certification for this position is considered beneficial/desired. Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Case Execution performance Tool (CERT) is desired but not required.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
