SCHEDULER (Req 18 145)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide Program Analyst Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) support to the PMA-213 Air Traffic Control IPT, responsible for the creating and maintaining of all IPT project schedules. 

Education: BA or BS degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline".

Allowable Substitution: AS or AA degree form an accredited university in Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline" and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least eight (8) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of four (4) years out of those 8 years of work experience related to analysis and planning. Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254 is required. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
