Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Crystal City, VA

Responsibilities: Manage master data management (MDM) changes to support the standardization of downstream processes and the migration of multiple enterprise applications to a single source for authoritative data. Provide business process, system support and data quality governance for master data management through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to applications, F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO) users and external stakeholders. Work with multiple internal and external teams, gathering data requirements and definitions, and mapping data elements (source to target data transformations). Create and maintain detailed data models of data structures, typically at the logical level.

Education: MS or MA degree from an accredited university in Business, Management or a degree relevant to the position.

Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree.

Experience: At least ten (10) years’ experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.  - At least three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP). Familiarity with Service and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254 is required. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience dealing with DoD reporting tools and major reports.

Lead analyst experience in multiple projects in various stages of the development life cycle, specializing in data modeling on multiple projects concurrently. Identifying requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and developing a framework for implementation of systems on at least one other project or work assignment. Experience with multiple data formats, i.e. files, direct data access, xml, web interfaces. 5+ years of experience supporting an MDM solution. 10+ years of experience supporting data applications. Experience with SQL Database Development, Visio, DataFlux or any Data Management Profiling tool, Statistical Software, i.e. SAS, R, Excel and Microsoft Project

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
