SENIOR SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER (Req 19 005)

Department: Program Management Contract
Location: Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities: Provide Senior Program Analyst support to the PMA-242 Direct Time Sensitive Strike Weapons Program Office providing SharePoint Development / Programming support. Must have good communication skills; oral and written. Should be comfortable working in a program office environment. This position tasking includes develop and maintain of custom software solutions based on Microsoft office, SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms and Program Office Share drive in both classified and unclassified environments. Analyzing and documenting customer requirements. Communications of technical subject matter to non-technical staff. Use of analytical and technical skills to bridge business requirements into logical design solutions. Document, design, manage and assistance with development of SharePoint solutions to include: Integrating MS office products to SharePoint, Collaborative portals, Automated forms, Custom lists, sites, sub sites, document libraries, web parts and Data connections. Must possess high level working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project to some degree).

Education: MS or MA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline.

Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree from an accredited university or PMI certification and an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted or an MS or MA degree. An additional five (5) years experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of the ten years of recent work experience related SharePoint Development/Programming. Leads the execution of complex tasks. PMP certification for this position is considered beneficial/desired. Experience with JAVA/CSS/HTML preferred. Must have experience developing Office Macros and SharePoint work flows, forms, and web parts. Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: program management, systems engineering, system acquisition, financial management or integrated logistics support.

Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
